The Selection Process of Punjab and Haryana High Court Driver Recruitment 2023 includes the following Stages:

Punjab and Haryana High Court Driver Exam Pattern 2023
The selection will be made based on a Written Shortlisting Test (Computer Based) consisting of 80 Multiple Choice Questions of one-hour duration of 200 marks to check the knowledge of the candidates regarding driving sense, Traffic Rules and signs, simple numerical ability, and general knowledge.
Shortlisting Test is mandatory, however, the marks of this test will not be counted in determining the final merit as this test is only qualifying in nature. The merit of shortlisting (Computer Based Test) shall be prepared based on normalized marks.
Based on performance in the shortlisting test, the candidates equivalent to five times (category-wise) of the advertised vacancies (in order of merit) shall be called for a Practical Test-cum-Interview.
