Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN): The Haryana Government has recently set up Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL) with the mandate of deploying contractual manpower and manpower of outsourced category services in Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, Statutory Entities, State Universities, and Other Agencies owned and controlled by the State Government. The HKRN Portal hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in will function under the administrative control of the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana.

- In Haryana, recruitment of raw employees (DC rate) which till now was done through contractors, will now be done by Haryana Skill Employment Corporation. With this step of the government, the contractual system in jobs will end and corruption will also reduce.
